IF YOU ALREADY HAVE RPG MAKER VX ACE RTP INSTALLED, YOU CAN DOWNLOAD AND RUN THE MUCH SMALLER ScytheNORTP.EXE INSTEAD OF THE 200MB EXECUTABLE. If you don't, you'll have to download the 200MB executable.
(If you don't use RPGMaker VX Ace yourself, you'll probably need ScytheRTP.exe.)
Download and run the .exe you're able to run, open the folder, and run Game.exe.
